It is of course annoying if you are not satisfied with our products or services. We do everything we can to solve this together with you in a good way.
How can you file a complaint?
You can submit your complaint to us preferably by e-mail. You can also contact us by telephone. After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation.
We aim to answer your complaint within 2 working days . If more time is needed to reach a solution, we will of course inform you.
Not satisfied with the solution?
Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform : http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
