After receiving your order, you can return the product free of charge within 90 days without giving a reason.
To return your product, you mustcontact us and you will receive a return label by email that you can use to return your order. Please include the packing slip or something else with your name on it so we know who the shipment is from.
After receiving your return, it will be processed and you can expect the amount back in your account within 14 days.
Every product we sell comes with a minimum 2-year warranty.
There are products with a longer warranty of 5 years or more. If this is the case, it will be indicated in the product description.
I have not received my order or it is incomplete/defective. What should I do?
It is of course annoying when you have ordered something and it has not arrived or is delivered incomplete/defective.
All our shipments are sent insured so we always solve this quickly.Contact us immediately and we will make sure a new shipment comes your way!
